Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation that allows you to focus your attention.
But this highly focused, yet deeply relaxed state is not something easily accessed if you haven't experienced it before. Which is why you need me, a hypnotherapist!
Hypnotherapy uses Hypnosis to help you relax so we can work on what is most important to you... without all the other noise in your mind getting in the way.
But keep in mind: Hypnosis is NOT mind control, magic or going to make you cluck like a chicken!
Private Hypnotherapy is available in 3, 6 and 12 week increments. While Hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective, it's not magic. If you're not open to it then it's not likely to work for you. It's like going to the gym, hiring a personal trainer and then wanting the trainer to workout for you. Hypnosis requires you to have an open mind and a willingness to want to work to change.
The number of sessions will depend on the individual. Single-session Hypnosis and recordings can help jumpstart change or reinforce what you're working on. (You can find single recordings on the Shop page!) But training the mind is like training the body; you have to put in regular work in order to see/feel change.
Payment plans are available for the 6 and 12 week packages; the full amounts for each package can be split into 3 equal payments. (The 3 week package requires a one-time payment.) If you choose to pay in full or separate the amount into 3 payments, the first payment is due 48 hours before your first session.
That's totally okay, we know private sessions require an investment of time, effort, resources and money. There are plenty of free resources available on this site as well as recordings and products at lower price points.
