I’m a coach and champion for ambitious women.
My background blends years of clinical expertise in anxiety with high-level coaching for leadership and performance.

I’ve spent over 20+ years as a therapist, sitting across from ambitious women from many industries, at various levels of leadership. They were all thriving on paper but silently carrying the cost of their success. Over time, I saw a truth no one was talking about: female leaders needed a new model of support. That realization led me to study executive performance in depth and create a space designed specifically for high-level female leaders who want to achieve success without losing themselves in the process.
Behind the team, titles & promotions is a lot of stress, overthinking, self doubt and carrying a weight no one else can see.
And it’s time to change that.

I’ve been a licensed therapist for almost 20 years and have also coached high-performing women professionals throughout the years.
I’ve spoken at events, taught countless classes and have a lot of experiencing working with women in leadership roles.
My range of experience means you don’t just get “talk” and you won’t be “just told what to do,” you’ll get real strategies, tools, and what you need to succeed at your level.
